I decided to start exercise today 'cause I really felt I lost my physical strength and I wanna loose weight.
I did jogging for only about 5 kilometers, but I feel much better than before although I'm exhausted now...
There is a nice jogging course near my apartment. Many people are taking a walk or running.
Actually, I was shocked when I saw people who looked much older than me and passed over me...
I know just I wasn't used to running. But they were soooooo fast!!
I got not only stamina but also spirits and guts.
I also got another thing.
At the beginning of jogging, I couldn't keep running cuz I didn't know my pace.
But finally I could catch my rhythm and keep running even though my pace was so slow...
The same thing can be said to life.
We usually feel uncomfortable, tired and tough when we start something.
I know that it is so hard to continue it that we usually wanna give it up.
Some accidents may happen. Also we may feel very bad.
I think we have to get over them, then we can find our pace.
Once we catch the pace, we can keep it.
Unless we keep running, we will be able to achieve our goal some day even if the pace is slow.
BTW, I finally got over muscular pain!
I'm gonna start exercise again. I already lost 4 kilograms!!!
